Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SewaGuru (operated by JOSHUA INTERORS), we strive to provide a reliable ecosystem where customers receive high-quality services. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund guidelines below.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

• Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel your service booking free of charge up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled time slot.
• Late Cancellation: If cancellation is made within 4 hours of the scheduled time slot, or if the professional has already arrived at your location, a nominal fee of ₹150 (or 10% of the booking value, whichever is lower) will be charged to compensate for time and travel.
• Process: Cancellations can be made through the SewaGuru platform or by contacting Customer Support.

2. Cancellation by SewaGuru

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your service request due to professional unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, SewaGuru reserves the right to cancel the booking.

In such cases, a 100% full refund will be initiated automatically.

3. Refund Policy & Timeframes

• Refund Processing: Once your cancellation or grievance is verified and approved, the refund will be processed immediately by our billing team.
• Credit Timeline: The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

4. Service Quality Guarantee & Rework

• Reporting Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Rework Timeline: If your complaint is validated, we will arrange a replacement professional within 24 to 48 hours at no additional cost.
• If rework is not feasible, a partial or full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
